Personal:  Lisa is an avid adventure lover, involved in rock climbing, mountaineering, mountain bike racing, hiking and backpacking, Yoga, tennis and fly-fishing. Lisa guides mountain biking, hiking, backpacking and rock climbing for 360 Adventures.

Lisa also competes in 24-hour mountain bike races and organized adventure races. In her short but exciting and successful racing career, she has won the Arizona State Mountain Biking Association championship, and placed as high as 3rd nationally in the Expert category (NORBA - National Off Road Biking Association).

In addition to these accomplishments, Lisa is also passionate about Personal Training. She has achieved her National Strength and Conditioning Association "Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist" (NSCA-CSCS), Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and Johnny-G Certified Spin Instructor credentials. She maintains a stable of personal training clients.
