Bend, OR - Steve and Lisa on
Vacation!!!
Steve and Lisa visit Bend, OR to see if
that's where we want to retire (Aug 2007). We're thinking of moving out
of the hot Phoenix valley by 2010. Bend is an exceptional place to bike,
climb, mountaineer, fly fish, backpack, etc.
On this trip, we rented
mountain bikes and rode the swoopy trails around Tumalo Mountain. We
also hiked and did some awesome fly fishing in the Crooked River and
on the Deschutes.
